You need: 1 lb of ground turkey, 1 tsp on Worcestershire sauce, one package of dry onion soup, salt & pepper.
Combine all igredients in large mixing bowl. Mix together with your hands (after you wash them of course;) and make burger shapes out of the meat. I recomend making them smaller than larger, since it takes longer to cook the inside of a larger ball. Spray cooking spray to your pan and place burgers in pan at a medium to low heat. Cook until temperature desired , and serve on a kaiser roll. The kaiser is just my preference, but you can use a normal hamburger bun if you like..I usually serve this with a veggie and tater tots. Yes I said tater tots. The pre-seasoned kind are THE BEST. If you want to be healthier you can lose the bun/roll and have a side of veggies. Not as yummy, but less fattening ;)
